CHARLESTON — Photographer Steve Payne, best known for his images of the meditative elements of rocks, water, leaves and trees in eastern West Virginia, will discuss how digital technology has changed the world of photography during a free lunchtime lecture at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 13 at the Clay Center in Charleston.
